Dreamscape Fantasy Portraits | Custom Myth-Inspired Art by Jeremy Hayes

Dreamscape example: fantasy digital portrait, glowing light, dramatic emotion

What Are Dreamscapes?

Dreamscapes are more than portraits—they’re personal mythologies brought to life. Each piece begins with a real-world photo reference and is transformed into a cinematic fantasy scene. Whether you’re a warrior, a queen, a lone figure standing against the unknown—your Dreamscape is a reflection of the story you want to tell.

These artworks are created in either digital or oil format, depending on your vision. You can choose to book a photography session with me in Charlotte, NC, or submit your own high-quality reference image. From there, I take over—building the world, the mood, and the legend around you.

This isn’t generic fantasy art. This is your legend, forged with the same drama, atmosphere, and emotional depth you’d find on a book cover or album sleeve.

How It Works

  1. Choose Your Medium
Decide whether you want a digital painting or a traditional oil painting on canvas. Both are built on the same process, but differ in style, feel, and finish.
  2. Provide a Reference Photo or book a photography session
If you’re in or near Charlotte, you can book a private photography session with me to capture the right mood, lighting, and pose.
Not local? No problem. You can submit your own high-quality photo reference after purchase.
  3. Submit Your Vision
Fill out the submission form with any themes, concepts, or fantasy elements you want included—armor, magical elements, setting, or just a general mood. Or leave it to me, and I’ll build a world around you.
  4. I Bring It to Life
Once your reference and details are submitted, I begin painting. This part can’t be rushed. You’ll receive your finished Dreamscape as a digital file or a shipped physical painting—depending on your package.
  5. One Print Included
All Dreamscapes include one archival-quality print of your final image. Additional prints or sizes can be requested.

🧾 How to Order a Dreamscape

All Dreamscapes are split into two payments: a deposit and a balance payment. This helps secure your spot and gives you time to finalize your concept while I begin working on your piece.

✅ Step 1: Choose Your Deposit Product

Select the deposit based on the type of Dreamscape you want:

  • Digital – With Photography

  • Digital – Without Photography

  • Oil – With Photography

  • Oil – Without Photography

Each deposit ranges from $150–$300, depending on your chosen format and whether photography is included.

📸 Step 2: Submit Your Reference & Vision

After you place your deposit, you’ll be contacted to:

  • Schedule your photography session (if local to Charlotte, NC)

  • Submit your own reference photo (if not using in-house photography)

  • Share any mood, theme, or fantasy elements you want included

💬 Step 3: Review & Approve

Once the artwork is complete, you’ll receive a preview. Minor edits can be requested at this stage. If everything looks great...

Return to the shop and select the corresponding balance payment product:

  • Match the type of Dreamscape you originally purchased

  • Complete payment to receive your final files or shipped painting
